Apr 08, 2019· On sizing, better to err on the large side of it, IMHO. If you get it "just right" it may be a tight fit with 3/4" pads, much less a balaclava in cold weather. Also, this may a nit, but, most OpsCore style rails only fit an OpsCore helmet perfectly. Even a new Gentex or 3M helmet has some kind of gap between the helmet edges and the rails.
