Mar 09, 2017· Hello. I am considering purchasing a brand new sofa. It looks beautiful, and is very soft and comfortable. The sofa was presented to me, at the store, as microfiber (w/ the look of leather). The body of the sofa consists of 95% POLYESTER, and 5% PU (which, I'm assuming, is some type of Polyurethane). Should I be concerned that 5% of the sofa consists of "PU"?

May 19, 2008· I bought a leather jacket some time ago and looking at the tag, it says that its " PU". What does "PU" mean. I thought P might be polyester, or something.
